We offer custom cleaning! Please take a look at our reference checklist for ideas. Your cleaning specialist will follow the list of priorities you choose. We will clean what we can in the time frame that you purchase.
While we don’t expect you to ‘clean’ for the cleaner, we do suggest general pick up the night before. If areas are clear and accessible they can be cleaned more efficiently. If there is a lot of pick up, there will not be enough time to do the ‘actual’ cleaning. Also, it is important to maintain some cleaning in between visits to ensure that we can keep your home/office on a maintenance schedule. Usually, we suggest a little extra time on the first visit and can then cut down a bit if the home/office is being maintained.
A bi-weekly cleaning is the best way to not allow for too much build up between visits.
Cleaners do not do dishes, laundry or pick animal/human waste or bodily fluids.
Cleaners may also not climb or move furniture for insurance purposes.
Tipping is completely up to your discretion.
We use an array of different products. Some are commercial grade and others every day products. Including but not limited to: Lysol, Mr. Clean, bleach, window cleaner, stainless steal polish, furniture polish, scrubbing bubbles, granite cleaner, comet, magic erasers, Pin Sol, Murphy’s Oil Soap, microfiber rags, etc.
If you prefer a greener clean, please let us know during your estimate and we can discuss options!
We bring all of the cleaning products except for the vacuum and toilet brush for sanitary purposes. If you prefer our specialists to use your products please let us know. Likewise if there is a certain product that can only be used on your counters, floors, etc…please let us know so that our products do not cause damage. If you do not inform us of products that should not be used and damage occurs Neat Freaks Cleaning will not be held responsible.
You may also choose to supply your own mop and broom.
We love pets! Please just let us know what type and how many so the cleaner is aware. If you could be there on the first visit to introduce your pet(s) to the cleaner that is always best. If you have a pet that may may cause harm, please make sure to have the pet caged or at an alternate location during the visit.
We service most towns and cities throughout the Western New York region. Service areas include Amherst, Buffalo, Clarence, Clarence Center, Colden, Depew, East Amherst, East Aurora, Eggertsville, Elma, Getzville, Hamburg, Holland, Lancaster, Marilla, Orchard Park, Snyder, South Wales, West Seneca, and Williamsville. (If you don’t see your town, don’t worry- Just give us a call and we’ll do our best to get out to your area if possible. *Availability is based on current staffing*
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If notified with less then 48 hours, there will be a $25.00 charge.
We use a one cleaner model as opposed to team cleanings that other companies tend to follow. We have found a single cleaner to be much more thorough then a team of cleaners who may often overlook areas that they thought were addressed by another cleaner. We have found that most jobs do best with one cleaner. We will send two cleaners on jobs that are larger scale.
No. We will discuss a means to enter your house during the estimate. We do encourage you to meet your cleaner the first time if possible. If you prefer to be present that is fine. Please just allow the cleaner to get right to work and possibly be in other areas while the cleaning is in progress.
Our goal is to send the same Neat Freak to your home/office each time. If there is an emergency and we have to send someone different, you will be informed ahead of time.

Yes! For your protection and peace-of-mind, we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured! As an extra measure we perform a background check on all of our employees.
Currently, we accept cash, checks and Paypal. You can sign up for a free Paypal account if you do not have one. You will receive an invoice via email which is to be paid upon receipt. Payments that are more than 15 days past due will be charged a 25.00 late fee for up to 3 months and then be sent to collections. If payment is not made you may lose your spot on the schedule.
Although customers rarely have problems with our service, we want to make sure we are providing amazing service. Please call or email us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
If something is broken in your home the cleaning specialist is required to fill out a breakage report. In the report, the cleaning specialist must write a brief summary of the occurrence. There will be a phone number provided that you may call in order to be reimbursed.
